Meet the Coach:
Britt: Hi, I’m Britt, Co-Founder and Coach here at Redefining You Nutrition & Fitness Coaching. I have been helping women become more ‘in tune’ with their own bodies through nutrition and fitness for more than 10 years as both a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Nutrition Coach. I love helping women fall in love with their own personal nutrition and fitness regimen. Too often diet culture likes to try and trick us into believing that there is only one way to achieve your goals, but it’s my desire to help women realize that the paths are unique and individual and it is a beautiful journey.
When I’m not helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals, I love spending time with my family and friends- nothing brings me more joy than great conversations! I enjoy playing board games and listening to good books. Music has been an important part of my life for decades, and I’m grateful for how my interest in playing the viola, piano and singing has influenced my life to persevere and not give up. I am an Arizona Native and I love that our family of 6 has settled in the Valley of the Sun where we love to be outside and either hike, swim, play at the park or enjoy family bike rides around the neighborhood.
